Hello, NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Larry

After leaving a successful career as a fiber optic supervisor to start my own company, I experienced a totally different type of world where people only cared about one thing, self.  During that time it was difficult but I found the keys in making my new venture a success.

A few years later I followed may passion to become a real estate professional.  This was a different profession but with similar traits as my previous business, people thinking about self with little to no guidance from my peers.

Through dedication, hard work, and navigating through numerous obstacles, experiencing both peaks and valleys, I managed to develop a series of systems that are uniquely applicable to anyone. Now, I'm on a mission to share these systems with people just like you, aspiring to become top-producing real estate agents. It's all about trusting the process and embracing the journey to greatness.

Why I Do It

For me, being part of something bigger than yourself is huge for me.  I was taught by my parents that you should always leave something to be proud of, literacy is a good term. Finding a solution to an issue or process that can help propel a fellow Realtor to the next level is what I think is needed.

Seeing my fellow real estate professionals struggle inspired me to share the things that put me in the position to aim higher. I realized that the methods I used could help others who have the desire to become great real estate professionals but lack the framework to make it happen.

So, in the spirit of “being part of something bigger than yourself” I made it my mission to help as many people as possible.  Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.
